Navigating Transitions
Navigating Transitions – Program Overview
Navigating Life’s Transitions is a Journey of Transformation
Life has an uncanny way of shaking things up for us, whether we are ready or not. Sometimes, it’s a whisper nudging us forward, while at other times, it’s a full-blown upheaval demanding our attention. Transitions, whether personal or professional, are rarely comfortable, yet they are always invitations – opportunities to shed old skins, embrace what’s next, and uncover the deeper wisdom within. Any transition, whether of our own choosing or “externally enforced,” has elements of loss, of something left behind of our identity that reached its expiry date.
The growth that always emerges through the process, doesn’t always announce itself – it merely asks you to keep showing up, one slightly bewildered breath at a time. This is also a part of our process, to create space for being in the mystery of your life, not being sure whether you are being undone or upgraded. Or both, simultaneously.
This program isn’t simply about “coping.” It’s about stepping into the transition(s) you are facing with awareness, skill, trust, and confidence. It’s about learning to meet life’s inevitable shifts with curiosity, clarity, confidence, and a sense of adventure, rather than with resistance or fear (yes, even when it feels messy). This program is a supportive sacred space where your biggest transitions are witnessed, held, and honoured. It’s where you will be supported in ways that allow you to not just “get through” change, but to harvest its wisdom – towards what is about to emerge for you next.
And let’s be honest – transitions can be downright confusing, frustrating, and occasionally hilarious. So while we’ll go deep, we will also leave room for humour, humanity, and the occasional “WTF just happened?” moment. If life is nudging (or shoving) you into a new chapter, consider this your compass, toolkit, and trusted guide.
There’s a moment in every real transition where I think, “Maybe I made a mistake.” The old world is gone. The new one hasn’t quite arrived. And I’m floating in that strange in-between where everything feels uncertain – including myself. I used to panic here. Now I am learning to treat it as sacred space. Not comfortable. But deeply alive. Sometimes becoming looks like not knowing who you are—but showing up anyway, tea in hand, heart ajar.
Our Invitation: Whether you’re facing a major change, be it personal (loss of a friend/loved one/pet, end of a relationship, move to a new geographical location, becoming an empty-nester, etc) or professional (end of a career, a beginning of a new one, an entrepreneurship idea, etc) – or simply sensing that something is no longer aligned – this program might be your next step.
Are you ready to embrace what’s now and what’s next?
Here is a 10-min video of Freya and Simon, your program facilitators, talking about Navigating Transitions:
Program Philosophy
This Navigating Transitions program will equip you with the awareness, tools, and skills to navigate any transitions that life is – and will be – inviting you to embrace. Even more so, this journey is a space where the deepest personal and professional transitions are held, honoured, supported, and harvested for their wisdom and gifts. We know that, oftentimes, transitions ask (or force) us to let go of old identities, while the new one(s) are in the process of emergence – which can be confronting, painful, and scary. We invite and welcome it all into our journey.

Joseph Campbell’s lifetime study of the world’s mythologies brought us the distilled essence of the movement of all our lives through what he called The Hero’s Journey (please note that we are using the word “Hero” in a completely gender-neutral way here). This is the same story that we all know intuitively and love to watch again and again in our favourite Hollywood movies or read in our favourite books. We recognize it because we are all doing it. This process of transformation through challenge and adversity seems to be a universal template for our soul’s evolution. This is the framework we will be using to help orient and guide us in what we are facing.
The “The Messy Art of Navigating Transitions: Learning to Trust the In-Between” blog post might be of interest, as it aligns to the philosophy and approach of our program.
Program Structure
Through a carefully designed three-phase journey, you will be guided to:
1. Preparation: Laying the Groundwork
Before any great leap, there’s a pause – a moment to gather ourselves. This phase equips you with the mindset, tools, and resources needed to navigate the unknown with steadiness and intention. Here, you’ll identify the patterns, beliefs, and internal narratives shaping your experience of transition. You’ll set the stage for what’s to come. This phase is Month 1.
2. Deep Dive: Into the Heart of Change
Now, we plunge in. This is where transformation happens – not as an abstract concept, but as a lived experience. You’ll be guided through powerful and transformative practices that help you embrace uncertainty, reframe challenges, and unearth the gifts hidden in discomfort. This isn’t about bypassing the hard parts. It is about meeting them fully, with presence and purpose. This phase is Months 2 through 5.
3. Integration: Weaving the New Into Your Life
What good is a journey if you don’t bring its treasures home? The final phase is about distilling insights into action, ensuring that the shifts you’ve experienced don’t fade into the background but become woven into the fabric of your life. This is where change becomes lasting, embodied, and real. This phase is Month 6.
“Transitions ask us to sit in the not-knowing, and trust that something essential is unfolding – even when we can’t name it.”
Logistics and Process
The program starts on September 25, 2025. The webinars will take place every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month (with several exceptions due to holidays – all dates are here), at 4 PM Pacific Time (2 hour duration).
The program includes:
- Each month, there will be 2 Zoom webinars of 2 hours each. They will be recorded and you will be able to access them any time during the program.
- Each month you will have an opportunity to have a 1-hour coaching session with either one of the facilitators. This is optional, yet we encourage it for further deepening of the learning process.
- There will be a private online group with all the participants, for ongoing learning, connection, support, and sharing.
Program Requirements
To embark on this journey with us, you need to say YES to the following:
- I am ready to commit to this deep, evoking, and transformative journey.
- I am willing and “hungry” to dive into a rich and diverse process that will bring up both beauty and challenges.
- I am ready to engage fully, without holding back, into my own inquiry and also be a supporter to my cohort members.
- I have a contemplative/reflective practice (journalling, meditation), or, at the very least, I am ready to start exploring one that would resonate. Having one as you go through the program is a mandatory requirement. We are more than happy to share our experience and resources that can be of help for you here.
Investment in Your Becoming
- Full Cost: The full cost of the program ranges between $1,200 and $1,500 USD. You are free to pay whatever works for you within this range, whereby anything above the minimum range goes towards partial scholarships for those who might need it.
- Early Bird Rate: If you sign up by August 31, 2025, the cost range is between $1,000 and $1,300 USD.
- Apply: Once you said YES to the Program Requirements and are ready to commit, please fill in the Application Form, here (Google Form, opens in a separate window). Because Freya is based in the US and Simon is in Canada, we have different ways of accepting payments – and so, please drop us a note and we will let you know of the optimal-for-you way to pay the Application Deposit of $250 USD.
- September 2025 cohort is underway. You can drop us a note if you are interested in staying in touch for the next cohort.
“I thought the transition would be like crossing a bridge – decisive, directional, maybe even scenic. Instead, it’s felt more like wandering through fog with a flashlight that only shows the next two feet. Some days I try to speed it up. Other days I sit in the not-knowing and realize: something essential is unfolding, even when I can’t name it. Turns out, growth doesn’t always announce itself – it sometimes just asks you to keep showing up, one slightly bewildered breath at a time.”
